01Richmond Fellowship Nepal is a Non Governmental Organization working in the field of Drug and Alcohol since 1997. In the process of rehabilitation program, it started a "Peer Recovery Guidance" modality based on the "Therapeutic Community" (T.C.) approach since October 2001 that stresses on detoxification through psycho social method without medication, "restructuring of thinking patterns", "emotional management stability", "behavioral reshaping", "capacity building", "Spiritual healing" and "Re-integration into society". Among the vulnerable groups in Nepal, rate of HIV infection among the drug users' is significantly very high and without discrimination we have been providing treatment, care and support to the target group including women.

The organization has a strong networking with local stakeholders and RFN is an executive member of national network of drug users and drug led organizations.
